Design by H5 isn't a traditional design firm — it's a vertically integrated practice built by someone who's equally at home reading a pro forma and selecting unlacquered brass hardware. I operate across luxury interior design, strategic home staging, and active property flips in the Phoenix–Scottsdale metro.
My background in both design and real estate investment means I don't just make spaces beautiful — I make decisions that move the needle on sale price, occupancy, and return. Every project I take on, I treat like I own it. Because often, I do.
